33 Pieces of Cheese - Limited "Iowa Blue" Edition
$5.00
The Taste of Home
Though I live in Oregon, Iowa will always be my home. This year, Des Moines, Iowa - my hometown - is hosting the 2016 American Cheese Society Conference.
To celebrate, I decided to print a short run of Iowa-inspired covers for my standard "33 Cheeses" book, inspired by a favorite cave-aged blue cheese produced not far from my hometown. Same interior contents, but with a blue-er, cheesier cover design (which contains a little blue cheese in the ink, too). I'm calling it the "Iowa Blue" edition.
This special edition of 33 Cheeses is the same easy-to-use pocket cheese journal you know and love, printed in a unique limited run with a blue cheese-inspired cover.
Supplies are Limited
I only produced 4 cases of these books, and I won't print it again, so if you like the look of this book, order quickly.
Designed for Speed
As with my standard edition, the flavor wheel inside 33 Cheeses can be used to quickly recall a cheese’s unique flavor long after consumption. For low values of the flavor, fill in dots near the wheel’s center.
Secret Ingredient
A teeny, tiny amount of Iowa Blue Cheese has been added to the ink in this edition, cryptically noted on the back.
Eco-Friendly
33 Cheeses is made with 100% recycled papers sourced in the Pacific Northwest. Interior pages are 100% post-consumer recycled content and covers are 85% post-consumer recycled content and 15% recycled content. The booklets are printed using US-grown soy-based inks in sunny Portland, Oregon.
